Third-party content capable of storing or accessing information on the user's device is not loaded automatically; it is activated only when the user expressly chooses to use it.

What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers that a website may store on or read from a user's device. Among other things, they can be used to maintain a session, remember preferences, measure audiences or deliver advertising.
Necessary
Strictly technical cookies or mechanisms
The hosting provider or security systems may, where strictly necessary, use technical mechanisms needed to provide the service requested, maintain security or manage the infrastructure. Where these mechanisms are limited strictly to those purposes, consent is not required under the rules applicable to exempt cookies.
ACF aims to configure the website so that unnecessary storage on a user's device is kept to a minimum.
External services
Google Maps and other third-party services
The contact page initially displays a static location image. The interactive Google Map is not loaded until the user chooses the Activate interactive map button. Only then does the browser connect to Google, which may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own terms and policies.
Links to WhatsApp and other external services are likewise activated only when the user chooses to use them. ACF does not load those services automatically when the page is opened.
Changes
If we add non-essential cookies in future
If ACF later introduces audience measurement tools, embedded content or other technology requiring consent, the website will be adapted before those tools are enabled in order to:
- provide clear information before the technology is used;
- offer equally visible options to accept or reject cookies;
- allow users to configure purposes where necessary;
- keep non-exempt cookies blocked until a valid choice has been made; and
- update this policy to identify the cookies used and explain their purpose.
Control
Browser settings
Major browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies through their privacy settings. These controls apply to cookies stored on the device and can be used in addition to any controls provided by individual websites.
Browser settings do not replace a website's own consent mechanism where such a mechanism is required.
