What data may we process?
The website does not currently include registration forms or private user areas. ACF may process:
- Information that you choose to provide when contacting us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, including your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
- Limited technical data generated by the infrastructure needed to deliver and protect the website, such as access logs, IP address, date and time, or browser information, where the hosting provider creates such records for security and operational purposes.

Responding to enquiries and requests
We use the information you provide to respond to communications, consider or prepare a possible engagement, and manage an existing professional relationship. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general communications addressed to the firm.
Meeting legal obligations
Where a professional relationship exists, certain information may also be processed to meet tax, accounting, company law, anti-money-laundering obligations where applicable, and other legal requirements.
Website security and operation
Strictly necessary technical information may be processed on the basis of ACF's legitimate interest in maintaining the security, availability and integrity of the website.
Marketing communications
Simply contacting us through the website will not result in unsolicited advertising. If ACF introduces marketing communications in future, the appropriate legal basis and all applicable requirements will be observed.
Access and disclosures
Who may receive or access the data?
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the service requested. Service providers acting on ACF's behalf may have access where needed - for example, web hosting, email, IT support or storage providers - subject to the contractual safeguards required by data protection law.
Information may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts or other competent bodies where required by law or by a valid official request.
Retention periods
How long do we keep data?
Information relating to an enquiry is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, afterwards, for the period reasonably required to address any resulting responsibilities. If the enquiry develops into a professional engagement, the information becomes part of the records for that relationship and will be retained for the periods required by the applicable rules.

Your data protection rights
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise your rights, email administracion@acf-felanitx.es, stating which right you wish to exercise and providing enough information to verify your identity where necessary.
If you believe your personal data has not been handled in accordance with data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.

Security
ACF applies technical and organisational measures that are reasonable and proportionate to the risks involved, with the aim of protecting personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access or improper disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, so these measures are reviewed and adapted where necessary.
External channels
WhatsApp, maps and other third-party services
The website offers optional access to external services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. These services are not loaded automatically simply because you visit the site. Google Maps is loaded only if you choose to activate the interactive map, and other external services are accessed only when you choose the relevant link. From that point onwards, the third party's own terms and privacy practices also apply.
ACF does not currently envisage international transfers arising solely from ordinary browsing of this website. If a service provider used in future involves an international transfer, ACF will rely on a valid transfer mechanism under the General Data Protection Regulation.
